"Its Teenage!" The Diary of a Dumb-Headed Rational

"Its Teenage!" The Diary of a Dumb-Headed Rational

Its Teenage!, The Diary of a DHR
#1

Well...the heading may seem too long for anyone (I know of)...Its just that I couldn't find a single word to replace the entire sentence.
The thing I wanna convey through my posts are simple and any-one with nothing but a pea brain and a standard Indian teenage-hood would understand it, simple.
When I was enrolled in school for Primary school, I thought that Upper primary would be better and give all us a break from all the Kiddie stuff they make you do in primary & With that positive attitude I eventually got into the Secondary school. Things got better during the initial days, but proved to be nothing better...Of course I got good in academics, but something outside academics, advanced topics and things which somehow got missed from our syllabus still stayed in corners of my mind.
In 2011 I got my first taste of High School. Class 9th at first was a disaster, workloads and stress like nothing other. A lot of changes took place, both inside and outside. Initially I had some energy in me. I was determined to make it happen and finally get some actual knowledge...! A lot of other things also happened in ninth standard. My whole life, now changed. Many new additions and high emotions.
However, The initial fire actually went out as soon as the calender hit October, Half-way into the academic year. The determination became just >>> Junk.
Somehow the year passed. Academic glory still remained but the thirst for adventure led me to tenth standard.
Now in tenth standard, I seem to have somehow become lazy!...
Although, I think I am doing good in school, on a personnel take I am not satisfied, as yet.
Something still inside me kept everything high.
I somehow got into FIITJEE through their admission test and that means I am gonna "migrate" to Kochi next year.
From next year onwards, my only aim............IIT.

I haven't thought it this way but somehow, I start to miss KV Adoor. The school, the teacher, all have seen me grow. 10 years is not a short time. All this time, I have witnessed the changes which took place, both in Adoor and the School.
The emotional attachments that I attribute with the school and its environment is just too big to express and forget.

So, enjoying whatever extra time I've got to stay here...

Vishnu Raj
